• Is the price of the apartment per person or per apartment?

The price you see is the weekly rate of an apartment

• Is parking available?

Of course, we have a lot of space inside the property.

• Are heating and electricity included in the price?

In order to assure the maximum transparency to our prices, we prefere you pay the gas for heating and the electricity according  to consumption at the end of the week.

• At what time can we check-in and out?

Check-in: Saturday afternoon between 16.30 - 20.00

Check-out: Saturday morning before 10.00

• Is there a SWIMMING POOL in the garden, and if so, when is it open?

Yes, the swimming pool is located in the lower garden, between the olive groves, it is 12x6 metres and 1,5 metres depth. It's open from June to the last days of September, but it depends on weather conditions.

• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

PIAZZA DI SOPRA provide linen and towels once a week.

• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

Yes

• Do owners speak English or other languages?

They will be able to do some basic conversation  :-))))))), but, sincerely, even if their english is not the best, their friendlyness is understood in every language
